  • 11-12 -- Morris, MN -- Friends of the Morris Wetland Management District- 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. Outdoor setting. Family friendly. Free and open to the public including two special songs written about the Morris area. The first one; "Sam Smith" is featured on Charlie's new album GOOD EYE BLIND (See Songbook section on this web site) and a new song with a cowboy theme "The Wadsworth Trail!" Come on out for some outdoor music by Charlie, lots of activities, and especially listen to the songs of Morris history just in time for the Sesquicentennial! INFO: Kate kdliving@yahoo.com.   • 23-25 -- Chisholm, Minnesota-Ironworld -- In conjunction with the new exhibit Bob Dylan: Tangled Up in Ore a workshop on how to play harmonica like Dylan! Sign up for the workshop and get a great new Hohner harmonica in "C", then join Charlie in the evening concert on stage as he plays his Iron Range songs and some of DylanÕs Minnesota songs like "North Country Blues."   • Charlie has jut recently completed a recording of Woody Guthrie's immortal "This Land Is Your Land" (with all of generally-known verses originally written or collected) sharing the singing with Woody in an interactive-educational feature for American Composers Forum. This may be the first time all the verses to "This Land" have been recorded using a complilation of published sources and Woody Guthrie's original manuscript. Go to www.bandquest.org.
